Requests must be submitted electronically in the toll reimbursement portal.
Toll charges can be reimbursed for the following reasons:
- Tariff reduction for the period from 10/28/2020 - 9/30/2021
- Reimbursement due to a court judgment
- Agricultural and forestry vehicles that are exempt from tolling
- Natural gas vehicles that are exempt from tolling (through 12/31/2023)
- Humanitarian aid transport that is exempt from tolling
- Disaster relief that is exempt from tolling
- Road maintenance and operating services that are exempt from tolling
- Double booking Toll Collect OBU - EETS provider OBU
- Double booking Toll Collect OBU - online/app booking
- Double booking online/app - online/app
- Not using an online/app booking
- Incorrect declaration of CO2 class, emission class, ...
- Vehicle under the weight for the tariff
- Toll-free
- Construction site traffic
- Other
A fee of € 20 per license plate or per booking receipt will be charged for processing the request and offset against the reimbursed amount. A fee is waived for refunds on the 2nd EEMD Act for the period from October 28th, 2020 to September 30th, 2021 as well as for refunds due to humanitarian aid transport.
If you cannot submit your request electronically via the reimbursement portal, please use the reimbursement form available for download before. You can fill this out directly on your PC and then print it out.
