The systems used for this work independently of the systems of Toll Collect and the EETS providers. The operating companies pay the toll amounts to the Federal Government on a daily basis. They are checked for completeness and correctness:
- on the basis of the Federal Highway Toll Act (BFStrMG) and the operator’s contractual regulations,
- according to the specifications of the EEMD approval regulation.
Pursuant to § 9 para. 7 of the Federal Highway Toll Act BFStrMG, the Federal Logistics and Mobility Office (BALM) provides the truck toll data in accordance with § 4 para. 3 sentence 3 numbers 1, 2 and 6 of the Federal Highway Toll Act BFStrMG at regular intervals in anonymised form.
For this purpose, the monthly toll turnovers are made available for each toll section, differentiated according to emission class, axle class and weight class. The toll sections are identified by name and with a tariff identification number and are therefore clearly marked.
The data basis is the raw data provided by the operator of the truck toll system, which is processed in the Central Information System (ZIS) of the Federal Logistics and Mobility Office. The data are updated once a month on the 15th day of the following month on the homepage of the Federal Logistics and Mobility Office (for easier processing in a second file even without tariff parameters).
